HR Technology Specialist
Discovery & Transformation
Participate in discovery phase to capture and understand the People (HR) Technology landscape with particular reference to the support model, covering all aspects of a lifecycle (LeanIX, commercials, CMDB…). Provide recommendations to remediate keys risks and implement approved solution. Engagement is required across the technology teams and business functions. The key platform is Workday supported by numerous applications.
Key Tasks:
Capture and document the existing People technology support landscape ‘As is’
Document the existing lifecycle capturing the process flow
Provided recommendations to improve, implement new process flows ‘To Be’ and implement approved solution. Key Areas to capture
E-2e life cycle of new application on boarding and ensure all relevant systems are updated and maintained
RFP engagements producing a standard template for minimum technical requirements
Vendor engagement and maintenance of key information (Vendor management / LeanIX)
Technology systems maintained – CMDB, Lean IX, Integration bible
E.g. New application onboarding process, as minimum covering from inception through to maintenance (RFP/technical reviews /support model)
Vendor engagement and maintenance of key information (Vendor management / LeanIX)
Implémentation recommandations (exécute scope & plan)
Any HR specific platform Solution experience, workday is preferred.
Collaboration Tools such as JIRA, SNOW
MS Visio and presentation skills
