Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and assess patients' occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve daily living skills, independence, and safety
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning
Requirements
• Active Georgia OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
• Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
