Key Responsibilities:
Managing bookings, payments, and general admin tasks
Welcoming clients and providing excellent customer service
Confidently promoting treatments and retail products (upselling)
Handling enquiries in person, by phone, and online
Working independently to keep the reception area running smoothly
Assisting management team with any tasks
Requirements:
Previous admin experience (essential)
Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Comfortable with upselling and client interaction
Organised, reliable, and able to work independently

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
