Job Description
• Perform different spa services such as body treatments, massages, hair removals, facials, pedicure and manicure
• Take care of working equipment and sample inventory of products
• Manage guest preferences and other relevant data.
• Manage and keep the treatment rooms cleaned and stocked
• Respond to all quest queries.
• Suggest treatments to guests based on their needs
• Upsell when appropriate.
• Adhere to hygiene standards and health and safety regulations as per the IHCL standards.
• Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices
