Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Spatial Designer to bridge the gap between clients and our internal visualization teams.
• Client Coordination: Review project requirements shared by clients, clarify technical queries directly with clients or project architects when needed, ensure smooth communication between clients and internal 3D/Design teams.
• Drawing Review & Quality Check: Validate architectural drawings (CAD / PDF / Layouts) received from clients, identify discrepancies in dimensions, materials, or design intent before production, conduct QC checks on visualization-ready files to ensure design accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with 3D modelers, visualization artists, and project managers to convey design intent clearly, provide guidance and clarifications to the production team for accurate representation of spaces, materials, and compositions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 2–6 years of experience in architectural design, QC, or 3D visualization coordination
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details)
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction details
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with both clients and internal teams
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
