Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Program Manager for Special Education Services. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in special education and experience working with children with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Special Education services to children in a school-based setting. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress toward achieving functional and measurable goals.
In addition to these core responsibilities, the Program Manager will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, educate caregivers and family members, and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Responsibilities and Expectations:
• Provide high-quality Special Education services to children with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify strengths and needs of children
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive support for children and families
• Educate caregivers and family members on strategies and techniques to support their child's development
• Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (psychology, social work, occupational therapy, speech therapy)
• Experience working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities
• Demonstrated ability to teach children in a virtual environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to an overall team effort
• Fluency in English; fluency in Hindi and/or Marathi is a plus
