Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in NIBM road,Pune for a Special Educator. The Special Educator will be responsible for assessing students' skills and needs and developing IEPs (individualized education programs) to meet those needs, as well as teaching students using various special education strategies and providing accommodations and modifications as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
• Experience creating and implementing IEPs
• Demonstrated knowledge of special education strategies and accommodations, and the ability to tailor instruction to students' individual needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and other professionals
• Experience with diverse learners, including those with learning disabilities and/or behavioral challenges
• Basic knowledge of assistive technology and adaptive equipment
• Professional certification in Special Education is preferred
