We are seeking experienced full-time Special Education Teachers to join our team in Chicago, Tinley Park, Machesney Park, and Rockford, Illinois.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement classroom programs for students with special needs or disabilities.
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of students.
Develop weekly lesson plans in alignment with student IEP goals.
Perform formal assessments and develop IEP goals based on assessment results.
Mentor and train classroom assistants to support lesson plans.
Communicate daily with parents regarding student performance.
Maintain and update student files.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Special Education.
Illinois State Type 10 Teaching Certificate or LBS1 (limited or unlimited).
Experience working with special needs students required, Autistic Students preferred.
Professional Crisis Management training (PCM) and CPR.
