Job Description:
We are hiring Shadow Teachers to provide one-on-one support for children with special needs, both in the classroom and at home. As a Shadow Teacher, you'll work closely with the child, focusing on academic, social, and behavioral development. This role involves sitting alongside the child in the classroom, offering personalized assistance to promote academic progress.
Working days- Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday are off.
Timings- Part time (4 hrs.)
Full Time (7 hrs.)
Salary- Rs. 10,000 to 14,000 per month
Location: Mumbai (All areas)
Requirements:
Diploma in ECCED or a Bachelor's Degree.
Fluent English Communication.
Infinite patience, unquestionable ability to listen, gentleness, and educational capacity.
Prior Teaching Experience is a plus.
Experience/Certificate in working with children with disabilities is a plus. (Not mandatory)
