Job Description
Key Responsibilities: • Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs, in collaboration with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals. • Implement evidence-based instructional strategies and accommodations to meet the unique learning needs of students with disabilities. • Provide direct instruction to students in various academic subjects, social skills, and life skills, adapting teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. • Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum and assessments to ensure accessibility for students with disabilities. • Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
