Job Description
The position as payroll administrator has a responsibility for ensuring the correctness of payroll, providing quality in service and take pride in contributing to high customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
• Maintenance of employee data (e.g., new hires, changes, terminations, tax information, pension control),
• Registration of new hires / terminations / employment changes in employment register,
• Maintenance of organizational structure
• Absence /attendance registration and handling
• Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses, new salaries)
• Preparation and delivery of reports
• Handling service requests through C4C system and inquiries by phone
• Producing the contracts and other employment related documentation
• Maintaining physical and / or electronical archive.
• Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position
Skills
• Required to have good communication skills, both written and oral, in English and local language
• Ability to plan work and make priorities
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive working atmosphere
• Customer focused with ability to deliver high quality services
• Business minded and alert to customer's needs
• Proactive in improving processes and procedures
• Flexible in relation to tasks and work extent

Education & experience
• Bachelor university degree in relevant Institutions
• 2+ Years of Experience in Payroll
• SAP knowledge is Preferred
