Job Description
Post Grad in HR with at least 1-4 years of work exp in handling HR functions, of which at least 1+ years should have handled CB Practice independently as a specialist.
The Job
• Industry based remuneration bench marking exercises
• Analyzing the bench marking data and drawing up remuneration proposals for each industry cluster, on an annual basis
• Ensuring that the compensation and benefits related anchors in the organization's Employee Value Proposition are periodically reviewed and bench marked in the market
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of computation of pay changes during entire employee life cycle (Hiring, Promotion, Transfers, Retirement, Exits, etc.)
• Ensuring availability of market data across industry for connecting with suitable partners for bench marking studies
• Designing of Long Term and Short Term Incentives.
