Duties/Responsibilities:
• Managing entire Employee Lifecycle from on boarding to exit formalities
• Providing orientation and training to the new employees
• Research, implement and execute company policies
• Carry out tasks assigned by the HR Manager
• Input records of the personnel, maintain and update records in human resources systems for ready reference
• Create and maintain employee relations for the smooth implementation and execution of various company operations and policies
• Carrying out performance evaluations tasks for appraisals is one of the key point in HR operations executive job description.
• Maintain personal policies of the employees to provide guidance and interpretation to employees
• Update yourself with current statutory requirements related to HR for reducing risks
• Ensure regulatory compliance are met at all times
• Consulting with the management for HR guidance to update and create new policies for employees
• Preparing periodic reports and assisting the management in making management decisions
Skills and Qualifications:
• Post Graduate degree in human resources
• 6+ years of progressive experience in human resources Operations
• Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
• Adept to problemsolving and conflict resolution
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
• Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
• Detailoriented and organizational nature
• Proven working experience into HR Operations/HR Generalist profile
• People oriented and results driven
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Indepth knowledge of HR best practices
