Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee, develop, enhance and deliver new hire onboarding (in-person and virtually):
Lead pre-boarding process, including pre-employment and new hire setup requirements
Advise the business on onboarding plans including managers, buddy and new hire responsibilities
Deliver new hire orientation
Work in collaboration with the local HR Manager and HR COEs on items involving leave of absences, training, development and compensation.
Partner with the HR Manager in developing and enhancing local HR policies, practices and guidelines.
Handle leave of absence requests and coordinate with counsel and local HR Manager to ensure compliance and timely communication throughout the process.
Partner with HR Manager to roll out culture and engagement programs
Supports the HR team in driving training programs in partnership with the Learning Team and through training needs analysis to enhance the competencies of the workforce.
Manage the Annual Corporate Compliance Training from a site perspective from planning to execution
Handle local administrative and data compliance requirements such as employee data change requests, employee data audits, management of temporary worker/intern database, employee record maintenance in the system and upkeeping of Personnel File. This includes data changes and entry for new hires, promotions, etc.
Manage employee medical and insurance plan.
Update information on new hires additions and deletions to insurance service provider
Coordinate for claims settlements and hospitalizations with employee and service provider
Oversee, improve, enhance and execute off-boarding process
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
Basic Qualifications:
University degree in HR, business or an equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
Preferred: Experience at a multinational organization and/or supporting Digital and IT roles
HR Operations experience and good prior experience to manage vendors
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to handle confidential information and issues in a discrete manner
Preferred: knowledge of HR related systems such as SAP, Success Factors
Good experience with MS Office especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Skills & Competencies: trustworthy, inclusive, customer orientation, communication, planning and organizing, personal accountability and attention to detail
Comfortable working with people at all levels
Proficient English language skills
