What are your contributions to the team?
Support the development of the of manufacturing strategy for new programs
Build a robust process for design for manufacturing within the Product Development environment including a clearly defined requirements definition and adherence process
Review industry trends in manufacturing innovation and provide strategic recommendations to the company
Support the refinement of process standards for Manufacturing Engineering across all Bombardier manufacturing Sites

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :
You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in aerospace manufacturing or industrial engineering.
You have at least 15 years’ experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
You have at least 5 years’ experience in project management delivering proven results
You have Product Development experience and understand the Aircraft development phases.
You have excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and gain buy-in for integration initiatives.
You have demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate multi-functional teams, drive change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
You have a proven ability to develop and capitalize on new business opportunities, set business goals and deliver on plans.
You can be Controlled Goods certified and support defense initiatives that may require additional military clearances.
