Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven QA Engineer with strong automation experience to lead the design and execution of testing strategies across our product suite. You’ll be responsible for developing automated test plans, improving test coverage, and ensuring reliability across front-end, back-end, and integrated systems—supporting deployments across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Pytest, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Locust, or similar.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA analysts, and product managers to define test strategies and ensure robust test coverage.
• Develop test plans, cases, and data for functional and non-functional testing scenarios.
• Run automated tests, analyze results, and identify bugs, regressions, and performance issues.
• Maintain and improve automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Document and report test procedures, outcomes, and defect reports accurately.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and QA discussions.
• Support investigation and troubleshooting of issues in production and staging environments.
Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in both automation and manual testing.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies: Functional, Automation, UI, and API Testing.
• Proficient in at least Python and JavaScript, with Java 8+ experience a plus.
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools:
• Python: Pytest, Locust, Cucumber, TestNG
• JavaScript: Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Rest Assure
• dVersion control proficiency in GitHub or Bitbucket
