Le ou la Spécialiste marketing et contenu sera responsable de la planification, la création, l’organisation et la diffusion de contenu engageant sur l’ensemble des plateformes de l’entreprise. Ce rôle clé vise à assurer l’alignement de la stratégie de contenu avec les objectifs marketing et commerciaux tout en respectant l’identité de marque.

Responsabilités

Planification et coordination

Planifier et gérer le calendrier de contenu mensuel en collaboration avec les équipes marketing, e-commerce et produit.
Gérer le calendrier éditorial selon les campagnes, les temps forts annuels et le calendrier scolaire.
Rédiger les briefs créatifs à destination des designers et des collaborateurs externes.
Rédiger des communications hebdomadaires destinées aux magasins.
Mettre à jour les documents informatifs à usage interne pour l’équipe marketing.
Participer aux séances de remue-méninges de l’équipe marketing.
Création de contenu

Rédiger, adapter et optimiser le contenu pour le web, les infolettres, les réseaux sociaux, les fiches produits et les campagnes publicitaires.
Garantir la cohérence du ton de la marque et la qualité rédactionnelle sur tous les supports.
Contribuer à la création de contenu pour les médias sociaux.
Production visuelle et collaboration

Collaborer avec les graphistes pour produire des visuels attrayants.
Coordonner la création de campagnes numériques et de supports imprimés avec les équipes créatives.
Collaborer activement avec les équipes internes (marketing, e-commerce, produit, opérations) pour aligner les livrables et valider les messages.
Suivi de performance

Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance (engagement, portée, conversions), produire des rapports réguliers et ajuster les stratégies en conséquence.
Participer à la stratégie SEO : sélection de mots-clés, métadonnées, maillage interne, etc.
Surveiller les activités de la concurrence et les tendances de contenu pertinentes pour l’industrie du commerce de détail au Québec.
Gestion d'événements et soutien opérationnel

Contribuer à l’organisation et au bon déroulement de certains événements et partenariats.
Soutenir l’équipe dans divers projets marketing selon les besoins.
Exécuter toutes autres tâches connexes.
Qualifications

Diplôme universitaire en communication, marketing, journalisme ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience pertinente équivalente.
Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en création ou coordination de contenu, idéalement en commerce de détail ou dans le domaine de la décoration.
Connaissances en SEO et en rédaction persuasive.
Intérêt marqué pour le design, les tendances de consommation et l’expérience client (atout).
Compétences

Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est requis, car le contenu est créé et diffusé dans les deux langues, et une excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais écrit (orthographe, grammaire et style) est essentielle.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dans un environnement dynamique.
Autonomie, créativité et grand souci du détail.
Connaissance des outils d’intelligence artificielle pour la création de contenu.

The Marketing and Content Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, organizing, and distributing engaging content across the company’s various platforms. This key role ensures that the content strategy aligns with both marketing and business objectives, while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning and Coordination

Plan and manage the monthly content calendar in collaboration with the marketing, e-commerce, and product teams.
Manage the editorial calendar according to campaigns, annual key periods, and the academic calendar.
Write creative briefs for designers and external freelancers.
Draft weekly communications for stores.
Update internal informational documents for the marketing team.
Participate in team brainstorming sessions.
Content Creation

Write, adapt, and optimize content for the web, newsletters, social media, product sheets, and advertising campaigns.
Ensure consistency of brand voice and editorial quality across all deliverables.
Support social media content creation.
Visual Production and Collaboration

Work closely with graphic designers to produce appealing visual content.
Coordinate the development of digital campaigns and printed materials with creative teams.
Collaborate actively with internal stakeholders (marketing, e-commerce, product, operations) to coordinate deliverables, validate messaging, and align communication plans.
Performance Monitoring and SEO

Monitor key performance indicators (engagement, reach, conversions), produce regular reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Contribute to SEO strategy: keyword selection, metadata, internal linking, etc.
Monitor competitive activity and content trends relevant to the Quebec retail industry.
Events, Support, and Miscellaneous Projects

Assist in organizing and executing events and external partnerships.
Support the marketing team with various projects as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation or coordination, ideally in a retail or home decor environment.
Knowledge of SEO and persuasive writing techniques.
Strong interest in design, consumer trends, or customer experience (asset).
Skills

Bilingualism (French and English) is required, as content is created and distributed in both languages, and excellent written proficiency in both French and English (spelling, grammar, and style) is essential.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Autonomy, creativity, and strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of AI tools to support content creation.
