The pay range per hour is $22.25 - $37.80. Pay is based on several factors such as labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. Join a dedicated team of experts who enrich the guest experience through exceptional operations and inspiring merchandising. The Specialty Sales Team operates in areas such as Apparel and Accessories, Home, Baby, Beauty, and Electronics, focusing on both guest engagement and organizational excellence.
As a Specialty Sales Leader, your role will enhance your skills and experience in:
• Guest service fundamentals, fostering a guest-first culture.
• Retail business fundamentals including sales trends and inventory management.
• Planning workloads to meet business priorities and sales goals.
