Spoken English Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Spoken English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching English, have excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to helping students improve their speaking and listening abilities in real-world contexts.

As a Spoken English Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing personalized feedback to help students build confidence in speaking English.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and interactive spoken English lessons to students of various proficiency levels (beginner to advanced).
• Plan, organize, and conduct lessons that focus on improving students' fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and listening skills.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and oral exams.
• Provide constructive feedback and tailored guidance to help students improve their speaking and comprehension skills.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and needs.
• Create and use teaching materials, such as visual aids, role-play exercises, and audio/visual resources.
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment to encourage participation and confidence.
• Assist students in preparing for English proficiency exams (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL) if applicable.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and methodologies in language teaching.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in teaching English, specifically focused on spoken English or conversational English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to teach and explain complex language concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
• Patient, encouraging, and supportive teaching style.
• Experience with students from diverse cultural backgrounds is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
