As a Spoken English Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing personalized feedback to help students build confidence in speaking English.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and conduct lessons that focus on improving students' fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and listening skills.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and oral exams.
• Provide constructive feedback and tailored guidance to help students improve their speaking and comprehension skills.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and needs.
• Create and use teaching materials, such as visual aids, role-play exercises, and audio/visual resources.
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment to encourage participation and confidence.
• Assist students in preparing for English proficiency exams (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL) if applicable.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and methodologies in language teaching.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in teaching English, specifically focused on spoken English or conversational English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to teach and explain complex language concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
• Patient, encouraging, and supportive teaching style.
• Experience with students from diverse cultural backgrounds is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
