Job Description

Lucchese Bootmaker is seeking an organized and proactive Sponsorships & Events Specialist to support the planning and execution of sponsorships and event activations that include but are not limited to: Dallas Cowboys, University of Texas, Houston Rodeo, National Finals Rodeo (NFR), and more. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sponsorships & Events, this role will assist with sponsorship management, event logistics, and cross-functional communication to help bring premium brand experiences to life.

Job Scope:

This position plays a key role in maintaining strong partner relationships and ensuring that all sponsorship and event efforts reflect Lucchese’s heritage, brand values, and commercial goals and delivering the utmost focus on customer-centricity.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Lead minor sports related sponsorships, gala sponsorships, and local events from planning to execution
Coordinate and execute special or quick-turn projects with accuracy and urgency
Input and manage Airtable projects for sports, entertainment, and event sponsorship contractual deliverables
Support on-site event activations as needed, including planning, logistics, setup, and hospitality
Facilitate vendor contract negotiations and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, within budget
Assess sponsorships and events to ensure employee understanding, customer satisfaction, budget alignment, and profitability
Work closely with the product and distribution teams to facilitate product TOs, shipping coordination, and IT support for events
Collaborate with digital team to promote sponsorship opportunities through social media, email campaigns, and website
Submit and track invoices, vendor payments, and gift cards with the accounting team
Maintain inventory of displays and other equipment in Airtable
Addresses staff and customer questions and complaints and works to reach resolution
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop event budgets
Maintain brand standards across all experiential touchpoints and partner-facing materials
Lead generation via research and identifying companies, organizations, and individuals interested in sponsoring events or programs
Maintains a detailed database of current and potential sponsors; personal details such as contact information and sponsorship history
Contribute to tracking KPIs and compiling performance recaps
Proposes improvements or innovative programs to stimulate business or increase efficiency and efficacy of operations
All other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong project management and organization skills with excellent attention to detail
Clear and professional communication skills; confident working with internal and external partners
Customer-centric, solution-oriented mindset with willingness to take initiative and learn
Deep appreciation for luxury, heritage, and craftsmanship—and an intuitive understanding of Lucchese’s consumer and positioning.

Education, Experience, and/or Certifications:

College Bachelor’s Degree; prefer Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or related degree programs
1-3 years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, event marketing, prefer within the sports, retail, or premium goods sectors
Must have valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of walking, standing, and sitting in an office environment and field environment for events.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
Must be able to see, hear, listen, and effectively communicate
Willingness to travel up to 50% as business requires, including weekends and evenings during major activations or events.
Required travel by car, or airplane, as necessary depending on the event.
