Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination of Sports Activities:Plan, organize, and oversee all sports-related activities within the school, including intra-school and inter-school competitions, tournaments, and training sessions.
2. Curriculum Development:Collaborate with the academic team to integrate sports and physical education into the school curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational goals and objectives.
3. Talent Identification and Development: Identify and nurture students' athletic talents through regular assessments, training programs, and opportunities for participation in competitive events.
4. Sports Facilities Management: Manage sports facilities, equipment, and resources efficiently, ensuring they are well-maintained and available for use as per schedule.
5. Team Management: Form and manage school sports teams, including selection, training, and scheduling of practices and games. Provide guidance and support to coaches and team captains to ensure effective leadership and teamwork.
6. Coach and Mentor: Provide coaching and mentorship to students participating in various sports, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
7. Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the wider community to promote involvement and support for the school's sports programs.
8. Health and Safety Compliance:Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations during sports activities and events, prioritizing the well-being of students and staff.

• Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Masters degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed or M.P.Ed)
- Previous experience as a Sports Coordinator or Head of Sports within an educational institution preferred
- Strong understanding of sports development principles, coaching techniques, and curriculum design
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and parents
