Job Overview:
Go Alpha is looking for an energetic and passionate Sports Coach to conduct sports training sessions for children in partner schools. The coach will be responsible for implementing the Go Alpha sports curriculum, developing children’s sports skills, and supporting school sports events.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sports training sessions in partner schools according to the Go Alpha curriculum.
Observe and evaluate children’s performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Train and prepare students for school sports events such as Sports Day and competitions.
Attend school activities including Parent-Teacher Meetings, report days, and school events when required.
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of sports equipment.
Support the promotion and growth of sports programs within assigned schools.
Maintain session records and submit required reports to the Head Office.
Collaborate with the internal team and contribute to organizational initiatives.
RequirementsPassion for sports and working with children.
Prior experience in sports coaching or physical education is preferred.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage and engage groups of children effectively.
Willingness to travel to assigned school locations.
