Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for applying spray foam insulation, preparing structures for insulation, and driving a truck and trailer to various job sites. You’ll coordinate closely with management and team members to complete jobs efficiently and to the highest standards.
This Opportunity is Perfect For:
Someone with experience in commercial/industrial painting, as a technician, or in construction. No prior spray foam experience? No problem! We offer comprehensive training to get you up to speed.
Key Skills and Experience:
• Basic mechanical skills, general carpentry knowledge, and basic construction understanding.
• Experience with insulation, encapsulation, waterproofing, and air sealing is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in backing a truck and trailer is a must.
• Previous experience in spray foam for commercial or residential applications is preferred but not required—training is provided.
Requirements:
• Physically fit and agile, with the ability to work in tight spaces like attics and crawlspaces.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.
• Able to work in hot summer conditions within a construction environment.
• Punctual, organized, and efficient in completing tasks.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude are a must.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, though not required.
• Must be willing and able to pass a pulmonary fit test.
