Job Description Post SQA Engineer / Supplier Quality Engineer Experience 06-08 yrs.
CTC 30-35kContact no. Experience ibn key skills Automobiles / Automotive in Supplier Quality development in Pipes and Tubes manufacturing.
Responsible for all supplier part related defects.
Maintain supplier PPAP doc record & validation report with PSW SIGN OFF. Maintain record all supplier Third party report with annual plan.
Conduct all Supplier Annual Audit plan.
Maintain record for RMQP and offloaded part control plan.
Conduct of all supplier Quarterly meeting program me.
Conduct Daily review meeting with RI person. Prepare Supplier and debit note.
Conduct weekly meeting with Three SUPPLIER for defective part and follow-up for action plan & validation report.
Prepare RMQP and inward part related control plan to be made. Maintain Drawing record of all Child part.
Prepare for inward inspection Station & maintain record for Part Layout. Maintain record for all Gauges & instrument calibration.
Prepare monthly Supplier Rejection & PPM trend chart and monitor. Prepare Supplier Monthly rating data.
Support function of NPD activity about Quality
