• 24/7 support of production database services to ensure the highest standards of availability, integrity, security, and performance required by business systems.
• SQL Server Installation, good troubleshooting skills, Performance tuning (Table Partitioning).
• Experience in using tools like SQL Profiler, Performance Optimization, Extended Events, DMVs, Activity Monitor etc.
• Experience in Troubleshooting of High CPU, High memory, Slow IO and Deadlocks.
• Should have experience in Log shipping, Mirroring, Always on High Availability, Security and access control.
• Maintenance of back-ups recovery policies/procedures.
• Creation and maintenance of SQL queries and routines required for Administration, monitoring of DBs etc.
• Applying patches and perform DB Migrations in production environment as required.
• Reviewing and Tuning T-SQL Queries.
