Sr. Accessories and Jewellery Designers

We are seeking a talented and creative Jewellery/Accessories Designer to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a passion for Jewellery/Accessories design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to
translate concepts into beautiful, wearable pieces. As a Jewellery/Accessories Designer, you will be
responsible for designing and developing new Jewellery/Accessories collections, creating prototypes, and
ensuring that all designs meet our brand’s standards for quality and style.
Key Responsibilities:
 Design Creation:
o Conceptualize and Develop new Jewellery/Accessories designs, including rings, necklaces,
bracelets, earrings, and other accessories, while staying current with market
trends.
o Create sketches, technical drawings, and 3D models of Jewellery/Accessories designs using
software like Rhino, Matrix, or Adobe Illustrator.
o Stay updated with current fashion trends and incorporate them into designs
while maintaining the brand’s unique aesthetic.

 Material Selection and Sourcing:
o Choose appropriate materials, such as metals, gemstones, and other
components, for each design.
o Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality materials that align with
design specifications and budget constraints.

 Prototype Development:
o Work closely with artisans and manufacturers to produce prototypes of new
designs.
o Review and refine prototypes to ensure they meet design and quality
standards.
o Make adjustments and modifications to designs based on feedback and testing.
 Collaboration and Communication:
o Collaborate with marketing, production, and sales teams to ensure designs
align with brand strategy and market demand.
o Present design concepts and collections to stakeholders and gather feedback
for revisions.
o Communicate with clients to create custom designs based on their specific
requirements and preferences.

 Research and Development:
o Continuously research market trends, new materials, and innovative design
techniques.
o Experiment with new design concepts and materials to expand the brand’s
offerings.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Jewellery/Accessories Design, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, or a related field.

 Proven experience as a Jewellery / Accessories Designer or similar role.
 Proficiency in design software such as Rhino, Matrix, CAD, or Adobe Illustrator.
 Strong artistic skills with a portfolio showcasing a range of jewelry designs.
 Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
 Knowledge of jewelry production techniques and materials.
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
 Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
 Experience with 3D printing and other modern jewelry-making technologies.
 Understanding of jewelry retail markets and customer preferences.
