Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts
Handle day-to-day accounting operations including billing, invoicing, and payments
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Coordinate with external auditors and consultants during audits
Monitor budgets and expenditures
Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements
Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax laws
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Work Schedule:
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
Weekly Off: Monday
