Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accounts Management:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and summaries for review by management.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and budgets.
• Transaction Processing:
• Process expense reports, reimbursements, and other financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor and track financial transactions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation and records.
• Audit and Control:
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Communication:
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to address financial inquiries and resolve issues.
• Provide support and information to senior management as needed.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (Busy/Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attributes:
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
