Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Tally Prime Expertise:
- Proficient in Tally Prime software, adept at managing all accounting transactions, including but not limited to journal entries, ledger maintenance and financial reporting.
- Ability to utilize Tally Prime efficiently to manage manufacturing journal entries and stock management, including job work transfer entries.
2. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
-Analyse financial data and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
3. Excel and Microsoft Office Proficiency:
-Strong command of Microsoft Excel and other office applications to manipulate and analyse financial data effectively.
-Develop and maintain excel-financial models and reports as needed.
4. Inventory Management:
-Oversee the management of stock in Tally Prime, ensuring accurate recording of inventory movements, including purchases, sales and adjustments.
-coordinate with relevant department to reconcile physical inventory counts with system records.
