Sr. Accountant

Job Title: Senior Accountant Location: Vapi, Gujarat Salary: ?40,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 8Years + Age Limit: 45 to 50 Years Qualification: Graduate (B.Com or equivalent) Candidate must have independently handled full accounts finalization up to the balance sheet, and taken complete responsibility of all Chartered Accountant (CA) work and office management. Key Responsibilities: Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements up to the balance sheet. Handling all CA-related tasks, audits, and statutory compliances independently. Managing day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations. Filing and compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and Income Tax. Liaison with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Generating MIS reports and ensuring timely submissions. Overseeing the work of junior accounting staff. Ensuring strong internal financial controls and documentation. Assisting in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning. Managing office administration related to finance and accounts. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience. Must have hands-on experience in full accounts finalization and managing CA-related responsibilities. Proficient in Tally, Excel, and government tax portals. Ability to handle the full finance function independently. Strong attention to detail, integrity, and time management skills.
