Job Title: Sr. Accountant
Location: Raipur CG
Qualification: B.Com, CA Inter
Experience: 10 to 12 Years
Salary: 40000/- to 50000/- PM
Industry: Construction
Job Duties:
1) Accounts And Audit: Balance sheet finalization, preparation of tax audit reports,
coordination with both statutory, Internal and other auditors, GST & TDS return
preparation and tax planning in both corporate and individual levels.
2) ROC Work: - Filling up of annual returns, Formation of New Company & Other
corresponding works with the Departments. It also includes maintenance of books as per companies act 1+56.
3) MIS: - This includes interalia preparation of fund flow, cash flow, ratio analysis,
submission of daily reports. Attending corporate meetings, monthly accounts etc.
4) Budget: - Preparation of zero base budget for the whole organization, follow up of daily
reports, interim reports and necessary action for in favorable variance.
5) Internal Control and System Development: - Controlling internal organization
functions and adherence to policies. Development of systems in new Organization for
maximum utilization of both internal and external resources.
6)Commercial Functions: - Controlling of sundry debtors, age wise and favorable action for idle & slow moving debtors
