Responsibilities
This role involves a deep understanding of US GAAP and expertise in accounting processes
The successful candidate will be a part of our finance team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our accounting information
Prepare, record, and analyze asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and coordinating various account information
Ensure timely and precise financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
Assist in the preparation of schedules for both internal and external audits
Conduct reconciliation and analysis for accounts, including bank statements and inter-company general ledger accounts
Regularly utilize Sage Intacct and other relevant software for various accounting tasks
Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications
Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments
Use skills such as Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and GAAP Accounting

Robert Half is partnering with a growing company in search of a Senior Accountant to join the team in a newly created role! This role involves a deep understanding of US GAAP and expertise in accounting processes. The successful candidate will be a part of our finance team, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our accounting information.
