Who we are looking
We are looking for an Sr. Accountant for our Mumbai office, Location Andheri (West) to manage the responsibilities including GST, TDS, auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
Job Responsibilities
· Manage all accounting transactions
· Handle daily accounts transactions and updating our ERP
· Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
· Should have knowledge of GST, TDS compliances
· Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
· Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
· Audit financial transactions and documents, making MIS reports
· Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
· Finalisation of books of accounts
Requirements and skills
· Minimum 5 years’ work experience required as an Accountant/Sr. Accountant
· Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting regulations and procedures
· Good knowledge of Advanced MS Excel would be preferred
· Experience with general ledger functions
· Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
