Job Title: Sr Accountant
Salary Range: Up to 28k
Location : Chembur and Turbhe (Travel between factory and office required)
Working Days : Monday to Saturday, 8.5 hours per day
Experience : 2 to 3 years
Benefits: Laptop or desktop provided
Main Purpose: Support financial operations with comprehensive planning, analysis, and reporting. Ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements, manage GST returns, and provide accurate financial statements.
Responsibilities:
• MIS Reporting: Develop and maintain reports for decision-making.
• Tax Audit Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations and facilitate audits.
• GST Management: Handle GST returns (GSTR1, GSTR3B), perform reconciliations, and manage GST audits.
• MSME Vendor Compliance: Understand and comply with MSME vendor regulations.
• Bank Loan Documentation: Prepare necessary documents for loan applications.
• Accounting & Reconciliation: Manage bills, perform bank and vendor reconciliations, and prepare statements for payments and receivables.
Competencies:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA Inter with degree preferred.
• Experience: 2-3 years in financial planning and analysis, preferably in manufacturing.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in financial software and Excel.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing operations and financial implications.
• Compliance Expertise: Knowledge of tax audit compliance, GST regulations, and MSME implications.
