OB DESCRIPTION: -
• Required Accounts Manager, with 4-5 yrs. of relevant experience.
• The candidate should have knowledge and experience of handling :
• Direct Taxation including preparation and finalisation of Balance Sheet, TDS, TCS etc.
• Indirect Taxation - ITC, GST Return Filing etc.
• Reasonable knowledge of Company Law
• Other Statutory Compliances
• Banking : Preparation of CMA Data, Stock other QIS Statements. Dealing with Banks for Credit Facilities. Preparation of Proposal for Credit Facilities.
• Teamwork - Should be able to guide and lead team of accounts executives to achieve the companys goals
• Handle various divisions within the company, including preparation of individual and consolidated BS.
• Stock Audit of Branches of the Company.
• Dealing with Auditors for Book Audit and addressing their queries.
