Job Description
JOB DETAILS
1) Managing day to day cash and cheques received against sales
2) Done & depositing in Ban
3) Work in support with other departments for smooth functioning of the company
4) Ensuring batch close everyday and sending reports thereof and taken proper documents from cardholder in case of Credit card transaction
5) Ensure that all proper documentation taken from customers in case of RTGS/NEFT/Cheques
6) Managing petty cash & day to day expenses with proper documentation.
7) Preparation of Return Order on time & follow up with Vendors for CN
8) Preparation of Sales return order with proper return reason
+) All the store expenses should be properly got approved from store manager or area manager (If required)
10) Maintain correct customer database e.g. Mobile No. & Email id
11) Sound positive and pleasing while interacting with customers. Consume less time for billing
12) Reconciliation of Cash in hand with Books and preparation for depositing in next day into bank.
13) Tally books of accounts with client’s ledger and match balances time to time.
