The Sr. Accounting Specialist will enter & research customer credit requests; manage bi-weekly payroll process; prepare A/P batches; enter vendor deductions; document scanning and other misc. duties assigned.

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
• Wage: $20.00 per hour to start

Essential Job Functions / Principal Accountabilities
• Payroll processing
• Accounts for expenses, checks and cash receipts.
• Monitors accounts payable bills and receivable receipts.
• Codes and submits to appropriate department for further processing.
• Exercises good judgment and demonstrates common sense when evaluating transactions.
• Trains fellow teammates on new and challenging concepts/skills.
• Research, prepare, and track manual and system generated customer credits.
• Answer internal and external calls and emails regarding credits.
• Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum Skills And Qualification Requirements
• HS Diploma or GED
• Data Entry Skills
• Math Skills
• Problem Resolution Skills
• MS Office Knowledge
• Customer Service Etiquette
• 1-3 years' experience in A/P, A/R, Bookkeeping, Payroll and/or Accounting Department

• Office Environment
