JOB DESCRIPTION-
Sr. Accounts Assistant
Job Objective: Assist the Senior Manager in daily accounts and reporting matters of the Company
Reports to: Senior Manager
Location: MSEPL, Plant F-621, F-628 & F-11+ Khushkhera
Roles: To assist in all accounting functions of the Company
Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of data for filing GSTR-1 with the supervision of Senoir Manager.
2. Preparation of data for filing GSTR-3B with the supervision of Senoir Manager.
3. Assist in preparation of TDS & TCS data for filling TDS/TCS return on timely basis.
4. Assist in audit of payroll Accounting – Salary & Wages, Incentive & Overtime.
5. Assist in audit of cash canteen expense verification of vouchers as required from time to time.
6. Assist in verification of transportation cost on weekly basis.
7. Assist in preparation conversion sheet and Profit & Loss on weekly basis for all Plant.
8. Issue CRN after confirmation from Senior Manager.
+. Assist in Sample check of Physical Stock Audit done by Production Department.
10. Assist in Supervising timely booking of invoices from all departments
11. Assist in review of Bank reconciliation in the ERP System, scrutiny of general ledger & sundry creditors.
12. Assist in supervising entire functions of Income Tax returns, monthly payments of TDS, ensuring timely filling of TDS returns & Form 16, issuing the TDS certificates,
13. Assist in ensuring Timely Payments of all statutory deliverables PF, ESIC, Adv. tax.
14. Verification of Purchase Bills / GRN / E-Way Bill in proper manner.
15. Assist in preparation of small vendor payments for MD approval
Authorities:
1. Daily Verification of records in Busy
Accountabilities:
1. To assist Accounts Manager in every respect
2. To assist verify the busy data and report to Senior Manager.
