Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee the entire accounts process, ensuring accuracy compliance, and timely financial reporting.
-Lead a team of accountants and financial professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day tasks.
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and aligns with business objectives.
-Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
-Manage budgeting and financial planning processes.
-Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.
-Address financial discrepancies and resolve accounting issues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-10-12 years of accounting experience.
-Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred.
-Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a significant advantage.
-Proficiency in GST models and tax regulations.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent knowledge of basic accounting software, including Tally, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Master's degree in Accounting, iiFinance, or a related field.
Salary Bracket: 70,000 to 75,000/-
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Official working hours: 10am- 7pm
