What We're Looking For: • CA or CA Inter qualification • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Proven experience in operations or related field • A commitment to excellence and innovation Key Responsibilities: • Assist clients with US taxation, including individual, corporate, and international tax compliance. • Prepare and review federal and state tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Conduct research on US tax laws and regulations to provide clients with strategic tax planning advice. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality US accounting and financial reporting services. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in US tax laws and accounting standards. • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and other accounting tasks. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and guidance. • Stay informed about industry best practices and developments in US taxation and accounting.
