Salary: Between +0,000 and 125,000 Indian Rupees per month (depending on experience)
Experience: 4+ years - US Accounting/Bookkeeping/Payroll
Training: In-depth training provided, with potential for career growth
Hours: Monday to Friday, EST business hours (USA Public Holidays will apply)
Location: Permanent work from home
Equipment: New equipment supplied
Start Date: Flexible or as soon as possible
Reporting to: Senior Production Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform accounting/bookkeeping tasks for a portfolio of clients as directed, which will include but is not limited to the following:
• Prepare monthly bookkeeping
• Review monthly bookkeeping work of Junior accountant
• Monitor and be responsible monthly bookkeeping is done by the deadline
• Provide instructions and answer junior bookkeeper questions
• Correct and clean up records and do back work if needed
• Install a uniform Chart of Accounts with customized Income and Cost of Sales accounts
• Prepare written monthly bookkeeping processing instructions for new clients
• Answer client questions sent via portal related to bookkeeping
• File Sales Taxes and other Ad hoc tasks

QuickBooks
