Weare seeking a Sr. Customer Success Manager to join our team inMumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience incustomer success and portfolio management within the HR industry.As a Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities willinclude:
• Building and expandingpenetration and impact in a portfolio of accounts as a trustedpartner
• Ensuring 20-30% growth in revenuewithin the portfolio through cross-selling andupselling
• Driving strategic relationships andcollaborating with customers to drive utilization of our platformand services
• Becoming a trusted partner andgenerating 4.5+ CSAT scores for the portfolio ofaccounts
• Creating case studies and referralsponsors from your portfolio to impact indirect brand andsales
• Penetrating deeper intoaccounts/sponsors
• Coordinating andcollaborating to ensure customer deliver andsuccess
• Adhering to and driving automation andprocess-driven customerdelivery
CandidateQualifications:
Thesuccessful candidate will possess the followingqualifications:
• Experience incustomer success and portfolio management, preferably in the HRindustry
• Experience in dealing with HRpersonnel
• Experience in cross-selling andupselling in a corporate environment
• Workingwith the HR community and experience in wellness/recruitment/travelsolutions ismandatory
