Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design, implement and upgrade to cost-effective fault-tolerant architecture
Manage databases in cloud environments such as Amazon
Resolving alerts and production issues
Troubleshoot and support existing database processes; deliver fixes and optimizations where appropriate.
Support software projects involving the database infrastructure and data migration
Developing automation procedures and applications.
Must -have skills:
5-8+ years of experience in information technology.
At least 5 years of experience working as MongoDB, Mysql DBA in a fast-paced, rapid-growth and intensive environment
2+ years of experience with Cloud environments especially AWS managed services and tools.
Some experience with other NoSQL technologies like Redis, Kafka
Experience with database performance tuning.
