Job Description
Installation/Upgradation/Migration of SQL Servers.
Apply any patches or service packs for SQL Server.
Configure High Availability/Disaster recovery solutions.
Configure automated alerts to send a mail to team if any issues.
Work on incidents ,change tickets and problem tickets.
Setup Maintenance plans for Backups , Database intigrity check , Rebuild index and Update statistics and make sure to run all the jobs without any issues.
Troubleshoot locking issues, including deadlocks, blocking lock timeouts and fix them.
Join bridge calls to troubleshoot and fix P1(SEV1) and P2 (SEV2) incidents.
