About the Position
Strand is looking Sr. Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, a strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
· Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels (e.g. website, social media, email, search engines, etc.)
· Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
· Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies and customer insights to inform marketing campaigns
· Work with creative teams to develop compelling content for digital marketing campaigns
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns are integrated across all channels
· Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
· Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
Required Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a track record of managing digital campaigns & social activity calendar
· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing
· Proficiency in Scheduling tools, Google Analytics, Canva, Email Marketing applications, and other marketing analytics tools
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
