About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SEM – Paid Marketing Strategist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook (Meta) Ads, with a strong focus on driving traffic, improving conversions, and maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, develop, and execute performance-driven paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to shape effective campaign strategies
• Create and optimize ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and other campaign assets
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics such as ROI, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve efficiency and results
• Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and business teams to ensure alignment with overall goals
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid marketing
Requirements
• Minimum 3.5 years of hands-on experience in SEM / Paid Marketing
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Facebook (Meta) Ads platforms
• Proven experience in managing and scaling successful paid campaigns
• Solid understanding of keyword research, ad optimization, and performance analysis
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and other performance tracking tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
