We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in reaching target audiences, generating leads, and driving sales, preferably with experience in e-commerce site marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Optimize website content, design, and user experience to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, messaging, and visual assets to ensure consistent and compelling branding across all channels.
• Implement app store optimization (ASO) strategies, such as app metadata, ratings, and reviews, to improve app visibility and rankings.
• Implement marketing campaigns across channels, such as influencer marketing, social media, PR, app install campaigns, retargeting, and in-app advertising, to drive traffic, downloads, and engagement.
• Measure and analyze performance metrics across all channels, such as website traffic, engagement, leads, app downloads, retention, and revenue, and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, design, and content, to align digital marketing with business objectives.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices, and continuously test and iterate digital marketing strategies.
· Leverages tools including Optimizely, Google Analytics, SEM Rush, and Domo to understand and provide direction on website performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving ecommerce site performance.
• Strong knowledge and experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, mobile marketing and other streams of digital marketing.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
