Experience managing complex MRO projects with Original Equipment manufacturers (OEM), subcontractors, and maintenance crews, with a proven track record leading technical teams and overseeing MRO operations for military aircraft
Familiarity with military regulations and requirements related to MRO, with understanding of reliability-centered maintenance principles and experience in implementing preventive maintenance programs
Knowledge of software systems used in MRO operations, such as CMMS and aircraft health monitoring systems
The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment
Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance

Responsibilities
Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the modification and Maintenance, Repair Overhaul (MRO) operations of military and commercial aircraft

Job description
The Sr. Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the modification and Maintenance, Repair Overhaul (MRO) operations of military and commercial aircraft.
