Job Description
Own the campaign calendar including product launches, promotions, and markdown events.
Manage online sales and support team developing new workflows and maximizing the team’s potential.
Inspire, lead, motivate and develop your team through clear learning and development targets.
Own all commercial initiatives from an eCommerce perspective
Work with local market teams to develop strategies & improve local/global alignment
Work closely with Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to drive and challenge the online metrics (visits, conversion, AOV).
Collaborate on performance marketing plan
Work with the product development team to plan and align product selection, merchandising, seasonal launches, campaigns
Lead sales meetings giving insight into product performance, e-commerce metrics, marketing proposals & future strategies.
Display an in-depth, customer-focused knowledge of the premium lifestyle market and buying trends, staying abreast of what is new in the world of e-commerce.
Analysis of data using Excel, Google Analytics, in-house reporting systems.
Requirements
Have vast experience of working in eCommerce roles, ideally in a senior manager or Head of level role.
Strong numeric and Excel skills; ability to analyze and interpret data, easily identifying issues and trends;
Expert knowledge of Google Analytics. Good understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred)
Have an understanding of Omni-Channel retail, preferably having worked in this environment previously, and the ever-changing focus towards digital without cannibalizing store sales
Be of a continuous improvement mindset, constantly looking to make tactical and strategic changes to gain a competitive advantage in a crowded eCommerce market
Have experience of being a strong people manager, overseeing and developing talented individuals, empowering them to go above and beyond and excel in their roles.
Criteria
7-12 years of experience
Graduation college (IIT, NIT, NIFT)
MBA not preferred but the advantage
