Urgent Required Sr. Engineer - B. E / B. Tech Civil For Leading Real Estate Company Located at Ahmedabad (various sites in Near Ahmedabad)
Education: B. E / B. Tech Civil
Experience: 8 to 10 years in high-rise commercial & residential projects
Salary: best in the industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitoring all contractual obligations both (Commercial & Technical)
• Responsible for leading the team of professionals for all the sites under my purview until completion.
• Responsible for acting and taking any decision for the successful implementation of the project site within the contract's parameters.
• Responsible for completing all projects under my purview within the given time frame and maintaining the quality of work at all stages as per specifications.
• Responsible for maintaining high safety standards and housekeeping at all project sites.
• Responsible for implementation and proper compliance of various procedure systems and providing edge to the operations.
• Responsible for resource mobilization.
• Responsible for MIS Reports for the region.
• Responsible for the overall administration of all the projects.
• Responsible for liaison with local authorities for statutory norms with clients / Consultants / Contractors / Architects.
• Responsible for motivating and managing site personnel as Head – Projects.
• Responsible for conducting a Technical Training program for the skills development of Site personnel.
• Authorized for purchase / Subcontractor / Work order etc as per the policy framed from time to time.

Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
